Created such informational architecture of Chats on the app which took into account the technical restrictions of the chosen frameworks and helped to achieve the optimal time for the development. Set the stable design review process (2 times per week) between the teams which helped us to decrease the feedback loop. The right organization of the design files has led to a quick transfer of design responsibilities to another designer. Using components, design system, and auto-layout helped update design elements as fast as possible.
